Attention to individuals wishing to apply for independent research (PhD, DSc) at postgraduate education institutions!

The "Silk Road" International Research Institute under the "Silk Road" International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage announces admission for independent research (PhD, DSc) in the following specialization:

18.00.01 -Theory and History of Architecture. Restoration and Reconstruction of Architectural Monuments.

To apply for independent research (PhD), the following documents must be submitted:

Short biographical sketch (CV/Objectivka);

Master's degree diploma from a higher educational institution, copy of the higher education diploma with transcripts;

List of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 1 article and 2 abstracts).

To apply for independent research (DSc), the following documents must be submitted:

Short biographical sketch (CV/Objectivka);

Copy of the PhD diploma or other equivalent scientific degree;

Detailed draft of the doctoral dissertation plan;

List of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 3 articles and 2 abstracts).

All documents must be prepared in PDF format and submitted through the Unified Electronic System for Coordination of Postgraduate Education after registering on the website: http://daraja.ilmiy.uz

Application Period: From April 15 to May 15, 2026.

For applicants who have submitted documents for independent research (PhD, DSc) to the "Silk Road" International Research Institute, an entrance interview will be conducted in the specialized subject. Information regarding the dates of the examination will be provided additionally.
