The Silk Road International Research Institute provides specialized services in the surveying, documentation, and digital preservation of historical and cultural heritage sites using advanced geomatics technologies.
By employing modern technologies such as laser scanning, photogrammetry, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), we deliver highly accurate and reliable data for restoration, conservation, and scientific research. We utilize terrestrial laser scanners and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to create digital twins of historical monuments, as well as to capture highly detailed textures of facades, interiors, and decorative architectural elements.
Main Services:
- High-precision surveying and documentation of facades, interiors, and decorative elements using laser scanning and photogrammetry technologies.
- Creation of highly accurate 3D models of heritage monuments based on scanning data for analysis, conservation, and restoration purposes.
- Preparation of CAD drawings and development of BIM/HBIM models for the documentation of cultural heritage sites.
Creation of GIS databases for cultural heritage sites.
Comparison of scanning data over time to monitor changes in the condition of heritage objects.
Analysis of cracks, deformations, and the overall condition of structures.
Preparation of restoration drawings based on survey data.
